How to Request a Return/Refund: To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at hazzlenest@gmail.com. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Return Guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner. Our courier will collect the product from your doorstep at no extra charge.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product. If the issue raised in your request is verified, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours of review.
